You don’t have to walk through this alone.

Rebuilding Trust is an 8-week closed group for individuals navigating the pain of partner betrayal. Together, we’ll explore the stages of betrayal recovery, understand how trauma lives in the body, and build practical tools for the hardest moments — all in a supportive, confidential space with others who understand.
