Many women feel exhausted in a way that sleep doesn’t fix. Even after the deadline passes, the kids are in bed, or the holidays wrap up, the tension stays in the body. It’s easy to assume you’re doing something wrong, or that you just need to try harder.
This 90-minute class offers a compassionate, research-informed look at burnout. We’ll explore why dealing with what’s causing your stress isn’t the same as dealing with the stress itself, how to help your body move through and finish a stress response, and why so many women carry pressure to give endlessly to everyone around them. We’ll spend part of our time learning and trying simple, practical tools, and leave room for a thoughtful, anonymous Q&A.
This is an educational, supportive space. There’s no pressure to share, just honest conversation, practical tools, and a reminder that you’re not alone.
Light refreshments will be provided.
