Matthew Sweetser, LCSW

Therapist

Matthew is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) in Arkansas with over 10 years of experience working with adolescents and adults. His primary goal is to create a safe, relaxed, and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves. He is known for his easy-going, down-to-earth style and his ability to quickly build genuine connection.

Mollie Sweetser, LPC

Therapist

Mollie is a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping clients heal and grow by exploring and reshaping the personal stories that shape their lives. She recognizes how past experiences influence present well-being and works with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other life struggles often rooted in unresolved wounds. By addressing underlying patterns rather than just symptoms, Mollie supports clients in developing greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and meaningful personal growth.

Keenan Connley Jr.

Therapist

Keenan is currently completing his education in counseling at Ottawa University, where he is building a solid foundation in ethical practice, family systems, and culturally humble care. His passion lies in helping restore relationships within the home by fostering healthier communication, emotional understanding, and mutual trust. Keenan is especially committed to guiding individuals toward a clearer and more grounded view of themselves, supporting them as they work through past wounds and grow in confidence and purpose.
