Mollie Sweetser, LPC, EMDR and trauma therapist in Rogers, Arkansas

My goal is not just to help you get through difficult seasons, but to help you grow through them. Together, we will explore your story, deepen your understanding of yourself, and create space for meaningful change. I believe many of the struggles we face today make sense when we understand where they come from. By exploring the experiences and patterns that have shaped you, we can begin to understand them with greater compassion rather than judgment and create opportunities for healing and growth.

I specialize in working with adults navigating childhood trauma, attachment wounds, complex trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I use trauma-focused approaches to help you work through experiences that may still feel emotionally stuck. I also incorporate attachment-based therapies such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy to help you better understand yourself—exploring how your experiences, relationships, emotions, and beliefs about yourself have shaped who you are today.

Through my training in Integrative Mental Health, I also take a whole-person approach, recognizing that emotional well-being is connected to your physical health, relationships, lifestyle, and the many areas of life that influence how you feel and function. In my work with clients, I strive to create a space where you can explore your story without judgment, embrace your strengths and uniqueness, and move toward a more authentic and connected life.

I believe healing happens when we understand our story, face it with courage, and allow it to shape us into more authentic, connected versions of ourselves.

Who I Love Working With

I especially love working with adults throughout Rogers and Northwest Arkansas who are ready to go deeper, explore their stories, and develop a greater understanding of themselves, their emotions, and their relationships. I enjoy working with people who have been through difficult or painful experiences and want to approach their stories with openness and honesty, to heal from what they’ve experienced, build more authentic connections, embrace what makes them unique, and grow through the things they’ve been through.

A Bit More About Me

My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by my own experiences in therapy and by discovering the power of having a space to be truly heard, understood, and accepted. I have always been a naturally curious and thoughtful person, drawn to understanding emotions, relationships, and what shapes us as people. My own growth through therapy has deepened my passion for walking alongside others as they explore their stories, discover new perspectives, and move toward healing. In the therapy room, I strive to bring warmth, curiosity, and authenticity. I believe meaningful change can come from doing deep work while also making room for humor, hope, and moments of lightness along the way. I value creating a space where people can be themselves, embrace what makes them unique, and feel encouraged to grow into who they want to be. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring national parks, camping, reading, playing music, and finding time to slow down and recharge.
