I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine conversation, not like you’re sitting across from someone
who is simply checking boxes on a treatment plan. My style is relaxed, conversational, and collaborative, with plenty of room for humor, rabbit trails, and the occasional “wait, how did we get here?” moment. I have a particular passion for working with people with ADHD, and my own experience with ADHD helps me understand how nonlinear and fast-moving the mind can sometimes be. You don’t have to organize your thoughts perfectly
before bringing them into the room. I use practical tools from tried and true approaches like CBT and DBT, while also drawing from deeper, attachment-based approaches such as Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
With more than a decade of experience as a therapist, I’ve worked with adolescents and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and questions about identity and self-worth. My goal is to create a space where you can be genuine, imperfect, and fully yourself without worrying about saying the “right” thing. Sometimes that means learning practical strategies for getting unstuck; other times, it means
slowing down enough to understand the deeper patterns underneath what you’re experiencing. Either way, we’ll figure it out together. I serve clients throughout Rogers and Northwest Arkansas.
I believe therapy isn’t just a place for grief or confronting our deepest fears, but also a place to experience one of the most vulnerable human emotions: joy.

Who I Love Working With
I especially enjoy working with adolescents and adults with ADHD who are tired of feeling like they’re “too much” or somehow doing life wrong. I also love working with people navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, life transitions, or the feeling that they’ve lost touch with who they are. If you’re thoughtful, curious, and ready to better understand what makes you tick, we’ll probably get along pretty well.
A Bit More About Me
I was inspired to become a therapist—no joke—by the ’90s sitcom Frasier and my grandfather. In very different ways, both modeled for me what it looks like to sit with difficult emotions without judgment or fear. They also taught me something I think can sometimes get lost in therapy: life is meant to be experienced, enjoyed, and occasionally laughed at. That’s something I try to bring with me every day and into every session. I want therapy
to have room for the hard conversations, but also for humor, curiosity, and the moments that remind us there’s more to life than the things we’re struggling with.
When I’m not in the office, I’m usually spending time with my family, camping, riding my bike, playing video games, or enjoying a funny movie or TV show. I also have a lifelong fascination with history, astrophysics, cars, and aeronautics. Also, I am a nerd for all things nerdy (i.e. Star Trek, Star Wars, Marvel/DC, etc.).
