Counseling is where the deepest, most tender parts of our lives get to be seen. As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Rogers, Arkansas, I specialize in couples work and individuals who have experienced high-trauma, helping people rebuild connection, safety, and trust, whether that’s within a relationship or within themselves.
My approach draws from EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method, with specialized training in betrayal trauma recovery with ongoing certification in Certified Clinical Betrayal Trauma (CCBRT) through IITAP.
The therapy room is a place for us to experiment. To slow down, get curious, and try something different.
I believe healing happens in relationship… with a therapist, with a partner, and ultimately with yourself.
You don’t have to be brave alone!

A Bit More About Me
The older I get the more I realize that slowing down and getting curious is the most precious thing we can do with this one life we’ve been given. I love doing exactly that both in the therapy room, and in my personal life. When I’m not at Grow, you can find me at my small homestead in the middle of no-where in the shadow of our beautiful Ozarks. The odds of me having dirt under my nails and fur on my clothes is approximately 100%.
I believe life’s most beautiful things grow slow: Dahlia’s, tomatoes, puppies, families, and people.
