Kayla Tedder, LCSW, PMH-C, perinatal mental health therapist in Rogers, Arkansas

You are not alone. Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to carry it by yourself. I consider it an honor to walk alongside you as you pursue hope, healing, and growth.

Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or the unique challenges of the perinatal journey. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can come just as you are and begin the work of healing.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified Perinatal Mental Health provider (PMH-C) in Northwest Arkansas, I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing infertility, pregnancy and postpartum challenges, birth trauma, perinatal loss, and the transition into parenthood. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and attachment-based, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. Together, these evidence-based approaches create a compassionate foundation for processing difficult emotions, navigating life’s transitions, strengthening relationships, fostering wellness, and healing from the effects of trauma.

You are not alone—I consider it an honor to walk alongside you as you pursue hope, healing, and growth.

I am passionate about walking alongside individuals who are carrying heavy stories and longing for hope. A Bit More About Me

When we meet, you’ll find a warm cup of tea in my hands and a space where you are welcomed just as you are. I strive to show up with compassion, authenticity, and curiosity, creating an environment where you feel safe to be honest, explore your story, and move toward healing. Outside of the counseling room, my greatest joy is my family. I’m married to my best friend, and together we’re raising five incredible children who keep life full of adventure, laughter, and perspective. We love exploring and being outside, whether that’s riding bikes around Bentonville, splashing in the creeks, or discovering new places together. You’ll also find me sharing coffee or tea on a patio with friends and experimenting with gluten and dairy-free baking. These simple moments remind me to slow down, embrace connection, and find beauty in everyday life—values I carry with me into my work with every client.
