Many women quietly wonder if something is “wrong” with them when it comes to desire, arousal, or changes in their bodies—especially as stress, pregnancy/postpartum, or menopause enter the picture.
This 90-minute class offers a compassionate, research-informed look at women’s sexuality. We’ll spend about 20 minutes learning why so many of these experiences are normal, and then open the rest of our time for a thoughtful, anonymous Q&A.
This is an educational, respectful space—no pressure to share, no explicit content, just honest conversation and reassurance.
Light refreshments will be provided.
