Rooted Regulation: Befriending your nervous system
Half-Day Workshop | Rogers, Arkansas
Your nervous system is at the core of how you experience stress, connection, and calm. In this half-day workshop, you’ll learn the basics of how your nervous system works and discover simple, practical tools to bring yourself back into balance when life feels overwhelming.
What You’ll Learn
Through an experiential, hands-on approach, we’ll explore:
- The Polyvagal Ladder and how it shapes your daily experiences
- The Window of Tolerance and why you sometimes feel shut down or revved up, and how to find your way back
- Grounding and mindful breathing practices, and the science behind why they actually work
- Ways to use your body to help your mind, including a gentle yoga session led by a guest instructor
Why This Workshop Matters
